Autumn in Ardnamurchan

Now we're heading into Autumn it's time to think about winter breaks and to start making plans for getting away from the stresses and strains of Christmas.
Laga Lodge is the perfect spot for a bit of well deserved R&R or a super base for an Ardnamurchan adventure whether it's diving, boating, hiking, bird watching, photography or whatever you personal get away is.
As we're right on the shore with direct sea access, launching and retrieval services, workshop, pontoon and moorings we're ideal for any water based sports and the lodge is warm and comfortable whatever the weather. With sky tv for the dark nights - speaking of which have you see the night skies over Ardnamurchan or indeed the Aurora Borealis? For a mind blowing sight of the Milky Way look no further. The skies here are out of this world.

The winter months, with shorter days are brilliant for wildlife watching. On clear days the visibility is astounding not only in the air but in the water too. This makes for great diving throughout the year, especially as Loch Sunart is so sheltered from any Atlantic swell by the small islands dotted through the length of the loch.

Local beauty spots are quiet, walk on white sands having the whole beach to yourself before returning to your warm and comfortable Lodge. Feet up, supper, glass of wine watching a film, enjoying a book or even playing games, great stuff and good for the soul. Time to book me thinks :)
