Laga Lodge self catering in Ardnamurchan is a great holiday venue for couples, groups, families and any combination you can think of! Stay with us on the shore of Loch Sunart in one of the wildest and most beautiful areas of the UK. It doesn't matter whether your interest is birdwatching, we have both white tailed and golden eagles here, otter watching, wildlife photography, painting, walking fishing or diving. The only interest we don't cater for is shopping!
The Lodge has great facilities. We know that after a hard day enjoying yourself in or on the loch, visiting white sand beaches, ruined castles, climbing mountains, what you need is to sit back, warm and comfortable and switch on your favourite programme.
Loch Sunart is a 20 mile sea loch stretching eastwards from the Sound of Mull dividing the Ardnamurchan and Morvern peninsulas. Loch Sunart is dotted with small uninhabited islands sheltering the loch from the worst of Atlantic seas off the west coast of Scotland making it a great dive centre throughout the year.
We have Pioner Muti self drive boats for hire with instruction and full saftey equipment included, discounted for Laga Lodge guests, a private pontoon and mooring facilities. Please contact us to check if your boat is suitable.
Laga Lodge is ideal for dive clubs and groups. Please also speak to us about chartering with skipper, our 38' Aquastar Charter Boat.
We sincerely thank Andy and Allison for a wonderful stay and genuinely nice host. We also enjoyed their lovely boat tour of the Loch, amazing, no other words. Must see Ardnamurchan point, furthest most land to the west of Scotland. Magnificent views, crashing waves and very peaceful mountains. We plan to come again. The Laga Lodge was beautiful, warm and inviting. Everything we needed. Love S. & S.
